Returns & Refunds policy

THINKCREATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OPC PRIVATE LIMITED (trading as Appzenic) provides custom software development services, AI integration solutions, and digital products. Due to the nature of our services and products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.

General Policy - No Refunds

Given the customized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Custom software development projects

  • AI integration services

  • App development services

  • Plugin development

  • Digital consulting services

  • Any completed or partially completed work

  • Change of mind or business requirements

  • Dissatisfaction with delivered services that meet agreed specifications

Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds will ONLY be considered and processed in the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Complete Failure to Deliver Services We will provide a full refund if we completely fail to deliver the contracted services or products within the agreed timeframe and scope, provided that:

  • No work has been commenced on your project

  • We have not delivered any portion of the agreed services

  • The failure is entirely attributable to Appzenic

  • You have provided all necessary requirements, access, and cooperation

  1. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments We will refund duplicate charges or erroneous payments when:

  • You have been charged twice for the same service

  • Unauthorized charges have been processed due to technical errors

  • Payment processing errors result in incorrect amounts being charged

Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellation by Client:

  1. Before Project Commencement:

  • Projects can be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation without penalty

  • Full payment will be refunded if no work has started

  • After 48 hours, cancellation fees may apply as detailed below

  1. After Project Commencement:

  • Projects cannot be cancelled once work has begun

  • Client remains liable for payment of all work completed up to cancellation date

  • No refunds will be provided for work already performed

  • If project is more than 50% complete, full payment is due regardless of cancellation

  1. Cancellation Fees:

  • 0-48 hours after order: No fee (full refund if no work started)

  • 48 hours - 7 days: 25% cancellation fee

  • 7-14 days: 50% cancellation fee

  • After 14 days or project commencement: 100% payment due (no refund)

Project Cancellation by Appzenic:

We reserve the right to cancel projects in the following circumstances:

  • Client fails to provide necessary information or access for more than 14 days

  • Client requests changes that fundamentally alter the project scope

  • Technical impossibilities discovered that were not apparent during initial assessment

  • Client breach of terms and conditions

  • Force majeure events preventing service delivery

In case of cancellation by Appzenic:

  • Refund will be provided for undelivered work

  • Payment is due for all completed work

  • Cancellation will be communicated with 7 days notice when possible

Modification and Scope Changes:

  • Changes to project scope after commencement will be treated as new orders

  • Additional charges apply for scope modifications

  • Timeline extensions may be necessary for scope changes

  • No refunds for original scope if client requests modifications

Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the limited circumstances above:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@appzenic.com with:

    • Order/invoice number

    • Detailed explanation of the issue

    • Supporting documentation

    • Bank transaction details (for duplicate payments)

  2. We will investigate your claim within 7 business days

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method

  4. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Appzenic management

What is NOT Eligible for Refunds

The following circumstances do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • Change in business requirements after project commencement

  • Delays caused by client's failure to provide necessary information or access

  • Dissatisfaction with delivered work that meets original specifications

  • Technical compatibility issues not disclosed during requirements gathering

  • Third-party service failures or limitations

  • Changes in market conditions or business priorities

  • Partial completion of services (payment is due for work completed)

  • Client-requested modifications or scope changes

  • Cancellation after project commencement

  • Force majeure events affecting project delivery

Payment Terms Related to Cancellations

  • All payments made are non-refundable except in circumstances outlined above

  • Milestone payments are due even if project is cancelled after milestone completion

  • Final payment is due upon project completion regardless of client satisfaction

  • Late cancellation may result in additional charges for resource allocation

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds:

  • Initial resolution will be attempted through direct communication

  • Disputes will be governed by Indian law

  • Jurisdiction lies with courts in Assam, India

  • Mediation may be suggested before legal proceedings
